inconsistent experience
the hotel offered multiple pools and a long beach stretch.
I booked online, but the staff made me check in again physically. It took hours to get my room ready. my toddlers were hot and tired from waiting so long in the lobby. I was frustrated.

high maintenance wide variety cute atmosphere
The resort's upkeep impressed me. I noticed the maintenance was consistently high (even after the unlimited cocktails!). I found a wide variety of cuisines available, and one restaurant was open late. Staff members greeted me often.
The elevators sometimes had a slight odor.

the retro show was good and i enjoyed it alot. the food provided was good, and there were vegetarian options too. the resort felt really modern with vr games and bowling. it also had a showtime event, i enjoyed those a lot.
The bartender wasn't ready to work. That wasn't great.

The architecture is fine. The grounds are immaculate (they maintain them daily). I saw the cleaning staff promptly remove a mess near the pool one night. The hotel offers different cuisines. One food place remained open late, a great touch after enjoying the nightclub.

The staff mostly was friendly and approachable. They greeted me warmly while I walked around. Shanardo Weston (Guest Service Manager) addressed my concerns promptly. The front desk was helpful.

restaurant variety beach stretch slow internet daytime entertainment
i liked the variety of restaurants. there were many options available (i visited four ). the pools were also lovely with a long stretch of beach nearby.
the internet was slow. i had to re-enter codes frequently (it was a minor annoyance). there were also limited options for daytime entertainment beyond the pool.

the breakfast was good with great variety.
I found that the wifi signal was not strong enough (especially in the room) and there was no designated smoking area. People were smoking freely, which bothered me.

I especially enjoyed room 1357. It had a private balcony. The facilities were super clean throughout the entire hotel. I found the variety of food options to be extensive.
The hotel needs improved lighting around the pool and on steps.
